Oh dear. So I've been tagged to do one of these:

List ten things that you love that begin with the letter Y.

Or something like that.

So here we go, in no particular order:

1) Yachts. I don't know why; I've never been on a yacht. I do not, in fact, own a yacht. But the word "yacht" is extremely amusing because of all the silent letters, and I aspire to own a yacht one day. So there you have it.

2) "Yes." That word is amazing! It makes people happy, it makes people sad, and it can come loaded with innuendo. Will you marry me? Yes. Do you hate me? Yes. Is there a reason why you're staring at me? Mmmm, yesssss.

3) Yard sales. You find pretty things! And... and... and... yes. You just find pretty things at wonderful prices. Yard sales are fun.

4) Years. Just think of what goes on inside each one! People grow all the time; they never stop, ever. And each year is a fresh page. Oh, I love that!

5) Yamin, Elliot. Well, it takes skill to get on American Idol, no matter what anyone says. So go you! I don't even change the channel when your song comes on, even though it's very very overplayed.

6) Yesterday. There's a feeling of finality when a day ends, and I always find it pleasant to look back. I know it's supposed to be tomorrow you look forward to, but nevertheless...
